HCIA Annual Trek

Each year HCIA's VPs of Trek and Entrepreneurship organize treks to visit healthcare companies and connect with alumni around the country. In previous years the trek has focused on the Bay Area but future locations may change subject to student body interest.

This fall students traveled to Boston to meet with Flare Capital, Patient Ping, Docent Health, and Circulation. Students also had an opportunity to attend an evening mixer with Sloan and HBS healthcare MBAs.

Last year's trek was focused on West Coast companies, including: NEA, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Ventures, Genentech, Verily Life Sciences, Lantern, Evidation Health, and HealthTap.
